Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Provide an excellent experience to grow and retain Khazenly’s clients.
- Constantly work to identify and understand your clients’ unique needs and deliver exceptional value.
- Building trust and transparency with clients
- Onboard new clients
- Grow customer portfolio
- Increase the average performance and KPIs of clients’ to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Analyze the clients’ supply chain performance and identify opportunities or risks to help advise proactive countermeasures.
- Conduct business reviews and track client growth within Khazenly and identify areas for further expansion.
Profile/Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferably from the same industry
- Excellent communications & customer service skills
