Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Write and execute both manual and automated test cases.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams while evaluating severity and impact.
- Review outstanding bugs with development team to mitigate the impact of aging issues
- Help troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct post release/implementation testing.
- Design and develop testing strategy across the digital platform stack.
- Help product owners to determine testing strategies implemented with new features.
- Contribute in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
Profile/Requirements:
- 1+ year manual and automated software testing experience.
- Proven experience testing both frontend and backend features.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
