Job Activities
- From concept to launch, own the execution of new delivery of the platform’s capabilities.
- Create and manage a prioritized product backlog, assign items to agile teams, and refine epics, user stories, features, and tasks for implementation.
- Lead design decisions by meeting user needs, developing design guidelines, and collaborating with UX/UI designers through user research and usability testing.
- Foster a cooperative workplace, providing guidance, mediating conflicts, and facilitating efficient team communication for high-quality product outcomes.
- Collaborate with QA testers to define test cases and acceptance criteria for features. Ensure adherence to quality and usability standards.
- Implement advanced analytics tools to track user interactions, analyze performance metrics, and inform data-driven decisions for continuous user experience improvement.
- Develop a deep level of user empathy through product data, competitive analysis, and user research.
- Convert feedback from customers and stakeholders into simple and practical features.
- Know the success metrics for your product area and build the tracking plan to support it; understand and communicate how the work that you’re prioritizing is helping drive those metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and senior leadership to rapidly execute and iterate.
- Conducted agile ceremonies with engineering, design, and QA teams, organized high-velocity, predictable sprints, mitigated risks, and removed blockers for scrum teams.
- Ensure items in the backlog meet the Definition of Ready and see the work all the way through to the Definition of Done.

Profile
- 2+ years of technology experience.
- 1+ years of SaaS product management experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a mix of product expertise and technical knowledge of APIs.
- Experience leading a product team with engineers and UX triad.
- Experience with analytics and optimization tools and designing experiments to optimize the conversion funnel.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- An acute understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work under deadlines in an ambiguous environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience owning an API end-to-end or a genuine interest in the API space (REST and others).
- Have a good understanding of platform service models, including Platform as a Service (PaaS).
