Job Description:
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
- Shield the team from external distractions and interference.
- Help the team to continuously improve and become more efficient.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained product backlog.
- Monitor team metrics and provide visibility on team progress.
Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or others.
