Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Apply persuasive techniques to guide prospects through the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in Telesales or a similar sales role.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Resilience to handle rejection and persistence in achieving sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent Command of English.
