Position Overview:
Khazenly is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commerce Specialist to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple commerce channels,
sourcing merchants, overseeing daily project management, and generating periodic reports
on account performance. This role requires effective collaboration with multifunctional teams
within the company to ensure smooth operation and achievement of commerce objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Commerce Channel Management: Oversee and manage multiple commerce channels to
ensure optimal performance and alignment with Khazenly’s business goals.
– Merchant Sourcing: Identify and source potential merchants for listing on our commerce
channels, evaluating their fit and negotiating terms to drive growth and diversity.
– Project Management: Lead the daily management of commerce accounts, ensuring
projects are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve
any issues and streamline processes.
– Reporting: Create and maintain periodic reports on commerce function results, including
performance metrics, sales data, and other relevant insights. Present findings to
stakeholders and recommend improvements.
– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across the company,
including marketing, sales, and operations, to support commerce initiatives and integrate
channel strategies.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail management, or a related area.- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building relationships with
merchants and internal teams.- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
