Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new clients in e-commerce, retail, and D2C sectors

Conduct product presentations and client meetings

Understand client needs and propose customized fulfillment and logistics solutions

Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements

Maintain and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue

Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reports
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field

1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand technical and operational aspects of fulfillment services

Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
-
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
