Account Manager

Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Provide an excellent experience to grow and retain Khazenly’s clients.
  • Constantly work to identify and understand your clients’ unique needs and deliver exceptional value.
  • Building trust and transparency with clients
  • Onboard new clients
  • Grow customer portfolio
  • Increase the average performance and KPIs of clients’ to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Analyze the clients’ supply chain performance and identify opportunities or risks to help advise proactive countermeasures.
  • Conduct business reviews and track client growth within Khazenly and identify areas for further expansion.

Profile/Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferably from the same industry
  • Excellent communications & customer service skills
