Calling all tech enthusiasts! We’re in search of an Application Support Engineer to be the driving force behind our software’s success. As an Application Support Engineer, You’ll work with end users to understand and diagnose problems. ASEs may also be involved in developing and maintaining documentation for software applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve software application support tickets from end users
- Troubleshoot and diagnose application issues
- Develop and implement solutions to application problems
- Communicate with end users to explain problems and solutions
- Work with the software development team to identify and fix bugs
- Develop and maintain documentation for software applications
- Keep up to date with the latest software application technologies and trends
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in application support
- Strong technical skills in software applications, databases, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Salesforce knowledge/experience is a huge plus
