Junior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients in e-commerce, retail, and D2C sectors

  • Conduct product presentations and client meetings

  • Understand client needs and propose customized fulfillment and logistics solutions

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue

  • Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain CRM and provide regular sales reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to understand technical and operational aspects of fulfillment services

  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset

  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
