- Monitoring the day-to-day operation for both of the team members.
- Monitoring the courier companies’ performance overall.
- Analyze the last-mile performance and issues and work to enhance and develop them.
- Driving root-cause analysis and the successful implementation of corrective actions.
- Managing Last-mile related escalations.
- Working on enhancing the fake update with the quality team.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar operational role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective team collaboration and external communication.
