  • Handling all types of correspondences
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating office events and functions
  • Providing administrative support to executives or other team members as needed
  • Assisting with human resources tasks as needed
  • Managing office maintenance including cleaning services and repairs
  • Handling travel arrangements for employees or executives

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1+ year experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
